How it works

Data goes through Contact, not directly through someone else’s network

First the device, then Contact, then the internet. The path is chosen automatically, and protection stays on when the network changes.

This diagram is for understanding, not a measurement of your network. Contact chooses an available path on its own. When you switch between Wi‑Fi and a mobile network, the connection restores without setup again.

01

On a shared network

Contact protects data on the path from your device to its network. This matters most in a café, hotel, or airport.

02

When the network changes

Switching between Wi‑Fi and mobile internet does not require setup again. The connection restores automatically.

03

On all your devices

One personal link works on your phone, tablet, and computer — within the plan you chose.

The term and number of devices set the price. After payment, your personal link appears in the account.
