Questions before and after you connect
We collected what people usually ask. If your case is not listed, write to support from your account.
General
Contact creates a secure connection between your device and the internet. Get access in the yes.contact account, copy your personal link, and add it in the app.
Sign up on yes.contact with your email, confirm the code from the message, choose a term and the number of devices, and pay for the plan. After payment, a link appears in the account — paste it in the app and turn the connection on.
On Android we recommend the Contact app from Google Play. the Contact client or Incy also work as alternatives. On iPhone, Windows and Mac, use the Contact client or Incy. In every case you will need the personal link from the account.
You can use from three to seven devices at the same time — the exact number depends on the plan. The same personal link works on each device.
The link appears in the yes.contact account right after purchase. Copy it in full and paste it in the app.
Make sure the link is copied in full, restart the app, and try again. If that does not help, write to support from your personal account.
Support opens after you sign in on yes.contact. In your request, include the app, the device, and what you see on the screen.
Android
Open the Android page and install Contact from Google Play. If the store is unavailable, download the official APK. the Contact client or Incy are listed there as alternative options.
No. Contact installs like a regular app. The first time you turn it on, the system will ask you to allow a secure connection.
Yes, if the chosen plan allows another device. Add the same link in the app on Windows or Mac.
iPhone
The Contact app for iPhone is still in preparation. For now, install the Contact client or Incy and add the link from the Contact account.
Both apps work. If one is unavailable in your App Store region, install the other. The steps are the same: paste the link and turn the connection on.
No. After you paste the link, the app receives the required settings automatically. You only need to confirm the system permission and turn the connection on.
Windows and Mac
the Contact client or Incy. Download the installer, add the link from the account, and turn the connection on.
Windows sometimes warns about programs downloaded from the internet. Download the Contact client or Incy only with the button on this Contact page. If the file came from another site, do not run it. For a file from our page, open the details and confirm the launch.
Yes. You can minimize the window: the secure connection keeps working until you turn it off yourself.
Contact client offers a universal installer for Mac. The Incy version on this page is for computers with Apple M1 chips and newer.
The system may ask for permission in Settings → Privacy & Security. Confirm the launch of the app you downloaded from this page.
Yes. You can add the same link on both Mac and iPhone if the chosen plan allows both devices.
Data protection
Data between your device and the Contact network is transferred in protected form. On someone else’s or a shared network, it is harder for others to see the contents of that data.
Contact is not an antivirus, does not check whether websites are safe, and does not promise full invisibility on the internet. It protects the path from your device to its network.
Yes. In a café, hotel, or airport, Contact protects data on the path from your device to its network, even if someone else controls the access point.
These are apps that accept the link from the Contact account. On Android the primary app is Contact. On iPhone, Windows and Mac, use the Contact client or Incy for now. They are not separate services: the access is the same.
