The parties

The agreement is made between ООО «КОНТАКТ ИНТ» (the “Provider”), registered in the Republic of Armenia, and the person who uses Contact (the “User”).

Using the service means you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using it.

The relations of the parties are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, unless mandatory rules of the User’s country require otherwise.

What is provided

The Provider grants access to the Contact service and a secure connection for the term of the paid subscription.

The service is provided “as is”. Features may change; the core purpose remains.

To use the service, the User sets up access in the yes.contact account, receives a personal link, and adds it in the app. On Android, Contact, Contact client, and Incy are available; on iOS, Windows, and Mac — the Contact client or Incy.

Devices and access

One subscription works on several devices within the chosen plan. Access details must not be shared with third parties.

Payment

Prices are listed on the plans page and may change. An already paid period is not affected.

Payment is made by the methods shown at checkout. The service is treated as provided for each day of access granted.

Obligations of the parties

The Provider keeps the service in working order and responds to requests within a reasonable time.

The User uses the service within the law (including the laws of the Republic of Armenia and the country where they are located) and does not infringe the rights of others.

If the terms are breached, access may be suspended.

Liability

The Provider is not liable for interruptions caused by telecom operators, the User’s equipment, or force majeure.

Aggregate liability is limited to the cost of the paid subscription for the period in which the breach occurred.

Cancellation and refunds

The User may cancel the service and request a refund for the unused period through support in the yes.contact account.

The refund is made minus the cost of days already provided, within the time set by applicable law.

Edition

The Provider may change the terms by publishing a new edition on the site. Continued use means you agree to the changes. The current edition has been in effect since 9 August 2026.
